Country Chic Spring Porch

As spring slowly slips into summer I wanted to show you the barn(aka my barn photography studio) in full bloom.

In case you missed it I also shared how I like to use vintage to decorate the barn.

Our spring has been warm and we have already experienced the high nineties with humidity.

The calendar says spring, but our temperatures say summer.

The one thing nature has taught me is that we’re all in different seasons.

A different season of life and our weather.

I often hear people say…let’s not rush the seasons.

However, we all live in different parts of the world.

A few weeks ago I saw areas with snow and we had summer heat.

With each seed I sow I learn lessons.

Understanding, patience, grace, and that each flower blooms in its own time…just like us.

I hope you find the time to do something for yourself and your creativity.

Something simple like enjoying your morning coffee on your porch, a walk-in nature, or curdled up with a good book.

Every morning I I feel at peace among the flowers.

It’s hard work, especially with our heat and humidity, but I find so much joy in growing the flowers I photograph.

I find I grow as much, if not more than the flowers
