The Flower House

It was late fall when I received an email that In Her Studio was going to have a special issue coming out called In Her Garden.

The Senior Managing Editor asked if they could use The Flower House to advertise for the special issue due out in April.

It was a big yes and an honor to see The Flower House showing up on Stampingtons Website, Social Media, and in Print.

In addition, I would also have a feature inside the magazine next to inspiring women who love to garden.

With some publications they write an article about you, however, with In Her Garden, I wrote my own article.

It was an opportunity for me to share my flower and photography story with so many readers.

I sent off the article along with several photos(giving them several to pick from)!

Then I eagerly awaited…I was excited to be featured among women that enjoy gardening and to read their stories.

Several months passed and just before the magazine would hit newsstands I got an email.

The Flower House had made the cover!

A pinch me a moment and one I still can’t believe…it has taken until now to write about the experience and how much it means to me!

Many of you have reached out to me after I shared the news on social media…thank you!

But, I also wanted to make sure and document this special moment on The Blog and for many of you that don’t use social media.
