The Flower Garden Community Coming Soon

Happy New Year!

A Winter Reflection

Winter has a way of slowing everything down, but this year we’ve had several warm winter days.  We had temperatures hitting 80 over Christmas, with more warmth this week.

Even with several warm days I’m still enjoying the slowness of January but, my husband and I have been slowly redesigning part of the flower garden.

The garden is still resting, with a few little flowers confused by the weather and a few daffodils starting to come up.

During this season, I find myself reflecting on the past year and the community that has grown around flowers, photography, and slow storytelling.

I feel grateful for you and everyone who follows our flower garden stories.

I love when you share your own gardens with me and the photos you take and I find myself thinking about your gardens and what you’re creating and planting.

A Seed Planted

Over the winter, I’ve felt a gentle pull.
A desire to bring things closer.
To move from the wide, open fields of social media into something smaller, quieter, and more personal.

Through the conversations, the messages, and the shared love of flowers that has grown here over time, I’ve found myself pondering the idea of community.

In the coming year, I’ll be opening a smaller space online rooted in flowers, storytelling, and shared experience. A place shaped by the seasons of the garden and the rhythm of showing up together. A place where we can talk about both the beauty and the mess.

In the coming months, I’ll share more about
The Flower Garden Community.

But for now, consider this a seed planted and one I’ll continue to tend as the garden starts to wake up.

Thank you for being here, and for loving flowers in all the ways they show up.

kindly, xo
Jane
